We have just added a Bug Tracker into the client area.
Once you are logged into the client area you can access the Bug Tracker by going to the Support Menu at the top of the page and then selecting Bug Tracker
Before you submit a bug for any software please make sure you have taken following these steps :-
- Be sure you can reproduce the bug every time you run the software (bugs dont sometimes work then not if this is the case it is usually some other problem and not the software)
- Make a video of exact steps taken to reproduce the bug and paste the url of the video into the bug report, you can use free software such as Jing to do this Download Jing Here
- Please be clear in your description of the bug report, try to explain in as much detail as you can.
All video's and information in the video's will only be seen by our staff, if the content contains sensitive information such as usernames / passwords if any they will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
Once a you submit a bug report a member of staff will check if they can reproduce the bug as per your uploaded video, the bug will then either be marked as a bug and made available for all to see or marked as closed if this is not a bug. You can check back on the status of bugs in the bug tracker at anytime.
Please do not submit more support tickets once you have reported a bug as all progress can be checked from the bug tracker.
