My Linux vps crashed and i dont have a backup of my data, can you recover my data?

The first rule of computing is to backup your data!

In the majority of cases we can recover data from a crashed linux vps.

To recover your existing data from a crashed linux vps is not an easy or quick process and is a job for our level 2/3 support team.

The current cost of level 2/3 support can be found by checking the link below :-

http://www.hosting--solutions.co.uk/clientarea/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=38

Please submit a ticket in the clientarea to request the above ahould you need to.

Please note: The cost of the above process is based on time spent on the ticket/support.  If for some reason we can not recover the data (this is not often the case) then we will deduct 25% from the cost of the job and re-install your vps free of charge (usually costs £15)
