There are 2 ways you can cancel your subscroption, the first is inside your paypal account and the second via our client-area.
** AS SOON AS YOUR SUBSCIPTION IS CANCELLED YOUR LICENSE WILL BE TERMINATED AT THE SAME TIME AUTOMATICALLY **
Should you wish to cancel your monthly subscription via the client-area then please follow the instructions below:-
Submit a support ticket (not email or other form of communication such as private message etc) requesting the cancellation of the product (NOTE: WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS)
Please mention the product name and your (jvzoo, paypal, stripe, zaxxa or warriorplus) transaction number (so we can find your account) and the reason for cancelling.
We will then cancel your subscription during working hours (11AM - 6PM Monday - Friday GMT/London Time) Excluding holidays.
When your subscription is cancelled it will auto terminate your license (we have no control over this), you will not get billed for any more payments once we have updated your ticket to let you know we have processed the cancellation.
** PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 72 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE (DURING WORKING DAYS - MONDAY TO FRIDAY) PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT INVOICE / BILL DATE - IF YOU PUT IN A TICKET CANCEL ON A WEEKEND WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST UNTIL THE MONDAY WHEN WE ARE OPEN AGAIN. **
PLEASE NOTE: Any remaining days left on your license will not be refunded and your license will be terminated immediately
No monies will be refunded for unused days or under any circumstances when cancelling a monthly subscription.
