What to do if you can't connect to windows vps with remote dektop.

If your windows vps becomes unreachable using remote desktop then you must :-

  • Login to HyperVM Control Panel and select the Reboot button
 
   
Reboot

wait a few minutes then try connecting using remote dektop.

If you still can not connect to your vps using remote desktop then you must either :-

  • Login to HyperVM Control Panel and select  the VNC Client button. You can then use your vps direct even if remote desktop is not working as it connects to the physical node your vps is hosted on.
