Can I upgrade to the new Xen MAXIDRIVE Series VPS?
These are not available as direct upgrades on existing vps/servers. You need to either order one in addition to your current vps and then cancel your first vps before your billing date or you need to wait and order one once you have finished your month and cancel this vps at the end of your monthly period.
They are complete new servers and new packages, we are allocating the space on them now as they are already in high demand.
Xen MAXIDRIVE Series VPS are usually setup within 24 hours, if current servers are full then we would expect new servers to be live, setup and tested within 3-5 days maximum of your order.
If you wish to order one our MAXIDRIVE VPS packages then please place an order via the clientarea, select Order then pick Xen MAXIDRIVE Series, select your vps package and complete the order process, once we have received payment we will setup your order within 24 hours or reserve your space on the new servers, your billing date would then be reset to the day you get your new vps.
