How can i show you my problem?

IF for some reason you have a problem with any of our software the best way for us to see exactly what is happening is for you to make a video/screencast of the problem and your exact actions from start to finish.

You can do this by installing Jing from Techsmith which is free (if you have no other soluton to which you can provide us a URL to a video).

Once you install it use the secletion tool to draw around the software window then record it and once it is finished use the button which has up arrows on it to upload it to jing.
You will then be given a URL which you can paste in the ticket here.
