How To Book A Remote Software Install Session
The first thing you need to do is download rust desk, you can get it here (or online) and then install it.
Then please follow ALL the steps below, if any are missed we may not be able to help.
1) Make sure your computer is full updated with all software updates
2) Reboot after updating
3) Set a one time password for Rust Desk you can see a video on how to do it
The day before your level 2/3 support remote session is booked for, please update your ticket in the client-area with the following details:

Operating System: (Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS XXX etc)
What is the name of your security software ? (Windows defender, Eset, Mcaffe, Norton etc)
Your Jvzoo transaction number or paypal email (To locate your account and verify its active)
A description of the exact problem and the steps you took to produce the problem
On The day of your remote support session please :-
1) update the ticket at least 15 minutes before the session with your ID and Password from inside Rust Desk so it is ready to connect.
2) Close all software that is running on your computer apart from Rust Desk.
3) Open a notepad and paste in your license details for the software
4) Put the software you have downloaded and want to install on the desktop in the zip file ready for us to install.
As we said above if these steps are not followed in full then we will not be able to continue with the remote support session.
