We do not mind normal IRC use as long as it is not abused.
We allow IRC programs such as UnrealIRCd on our vps / servers as long as your IRC program is not used as part of a botnet or used to flood etc. The first signs of misuse of the server/vps and your service will be suspended pending further investigation.
