I can't unlock my software, what shall i do?


Have you got .net v4.7 or later installed?  

If not please install it you can get it free on the microsoft website, you need to install that then reboot your pc then do the following :-


If you have .net 3.5 ,V4 and 4.7 or above installed (and updated) then please do take the following steps :-

Delete all instances of the software from your computer including the folders and zip files.
Download the software again from the download page you were given when purchased.
Unzip the the software into its own folder.

Temporarily disable firewall, run program as administrator (Runthe software from its own folder)
Carefully type in your details into the boxes remembering they are cAsE sEnsiTive, please make sure you type them in with no extra spaces also.


If you have Norton Anti Virus then Norton provides false positive's for our software due to the way it was compiled, we can assure you it
is clean! and they have been asked to correct this problem.  If this is a problem then you can add our application to your whitelist.

If you follow the above procedure then you should have no problem in installing the software
