We give 1 year support and updates from date of purchase on all software unless otherwise stated (excluding subscriptions).
After 1 year you purchase a support and upgrades package here.
If the software is not listed there then please submit a support ticket.
If you have a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription product / software then you will get updates automatically when we release them as long as you have a valid subscription / license at no extra charge.
