If I have an Unmanaged VPS, can I pay for extra support?
Unmanaged VPS are provided pretty much as it says. You get a stable Unmanaged VPS, with no support other than hardware and network issues.
Having said that, if you would like additional support you can hire one of our Technicians at a highly competative rate.
Rates - As of 1/1/2009

Level 2/3 Admin £10.00 / 0.5 Hour. Minimum 0.5 Hour.
Please Note: Managed Service available!
This will provide you with basic support, updates and securing your system for just £25 per month (additional to VPS cost)
