How Do I Cancel My VPS?
To cancel your account you need to login to your client area,
- Select "My Products & Services"
- Click on the service you wish to cancel (icon to the right of your products with an arrow on)
- Click the request cancellation button
You can then chose if you require immediate cancellation or at the end of your billing period, by selecting immediate cancellation your service will be canceled within 24 hours.
